There’s nothing subtle about a double platform and a flared block heel, and the boot doesn’t pretend otherwise. The black crinkled patent has the reflective, rumpled finish of something poured rather than stitched, and the squared toe and mid calf height keep the proportions deliberate. A small gold Medusa at the heel is the only ornament. These add height as a structural fact, not a flourish.
