Why this filter is featured
Air Filters Delivered lists the Aerostar 20×25×1 pleated filter in its own Best Seller collection. That seller-maintained placement is the sales evidence used for this review. The product page does not disclose this item's units sold, the ranking period or an independent audit, so we describe it as a retailer-designated bestseller rather than an independently proven market leader. The store’s collection includes several sizes and MERV choices; this review covers only the 20×25×1 listing. Check the product selector and stock status for the exact option you need.
Nominal size versus the filter’s actual measurements
The name 20×25×1 is the nominal size used to identify a common HVAC filter slot. Air Filters Delivered lists the actual dimensions as 19¾ × 24¾ × ¾ inches. The distinction matters: a filter that is too large may not fit, while a loose or incorrect size can leave gaps around the frame. Measure the filter currently installed and check your furnace or air-handler manual before ordering. Do not assume that the rounded size printed on an old filter tells you the precise opening or the dimensions your system requires.
Choosing the MERV option
The seller offers several media options for this size, including MERV 6, 8, 11 and 13, with a MERV 11 carbon option also shown. Its page describes the lower ratings for larger particles such as dust and lint and labels some higher options for additional particle categories. Those descriptions are the retailer's product information, not a guarantee of a health outcome or performance in every home. A denser filter can affect airflow in some systems, so confirm the permitted MERV range with the HVAC manufacturer or a qualified technician before selecting a rating above the one currently in use.
Pack sizes, ordering and replacement planning
Air Filters Delivered offers pack-size choices, including multi-filter quantities, and the product page presents quantity pricing and recurring-order controls. Confirm the selected number of filters, MERV grade and delivery frequency before checkout; the price shown can change when those options change. The retailer says the filters ship from its U.S. factory warehouse and advertises free shipping, but check current delivery terms for your address. Keep a note of the date a filter is installed and follow the service interval recommended for your equipment and household conditions rather than relying on a generic schedule.
Verdict and Air Filters Delivered coupons
The Aerostar 20×25×1 is worth comparing when your system calls for this nominal size and you want a choice of MERV ratings and pack quantities. Its clearest practical advantage in the listing is the range of selectable options; the main caution is to confirm both the 19¾ × 24¾ × ¾-inch actual size and your equipment's airflow requirements. Best Seller is the retailer's own collection designation, not an audited sales ranking. We have not tested the filter or measured indoor air.
