The seller’s bestseller evidence
Waterdrop’s official European “Best Sellers” collection puts the X12 first and labels the product card “Best seller.” The product page also appears among the seller’s featured reverse-osmosis systems. The collection does not publish sales units or the period behind its designation, so this is the retailer’s own bestseller claim rather than an independently audited ranking. When checked on 27 October 2026, the product page showed the X12 in stock at €1,099, with €1,299 crossed out; prices and promotions vary by storefront and checkout.
What the X12 listing describes
Waterdrop lists an under-sink, tankless reverse-osmosis unit with an 11-stage filtration system, a 1200 GPD maximum-capacity figure, a digital faucet, a TDS monitor and a filter-life reminder. The seller says a 150 ml cup can fill in three seconds and gives a 3:1 purified-water-to-drain ratio. These are manufacturer figures, not a performance test in this review; actual flow depends on feed-water conditions and installation. Before ordering, measure the cupboard space, check plumbing compatibility and review the manual and local electrical requirements.
Certification scope and ongoing filter cost
The seller links a performance data sheet for models WD-X12, WD-X12-WAB and WD-X12-WCS. It states IAPMO R&T certification to NSF/ANSI 42 and 58 for the specific reduction claims listed in that sheet, and NSF/ANSI 372 for low lead. The report gives test results for named substances under stated test conditions; it does not establish removal of every contaminant in every home. Match your water concerns to the exact report and local requirements, and do not treat this product page as a water-quality test or a guarantee that untreated water is safe. Waterdrop lists the X12-F3 replacement filter at €159.99 and up to 24 months or 2,200 gallons; replacement intervals depend on use and incoming water.
Price, delivery and Waterdrop coupons
The product page showed €1,099 at the time of checking, but regional collection pages can display a different discount or price. Confirm the exact model, bundle, tax, shipping destination and final total in the basket. The European collection describes standard delivery as free in covered countries, with estimated transit times varying by destination; verify the current shipping policy before payment. Browse Waterdrop coupons on CouponAtlas and test any code against the X12 itself, since a code may exclude a premium system or a sale. This guide summarizes seller materials and its linked data sheet; we have not installed or independently tested the system.
