XP-Pen Artist 24 Pro Review: Seller-Listed Best Seller
A source-based review of XP-Pen’s Artist 24 Pro pen display, the first device in the US store’s Best Sellers section, with display specs, computer requirements, warranty and a price discrepancy to check.

Why the Artist 24 Pro qualifies as XP-Pen’s sales leader
On 27 October 2026, XP-Pen’s official US Halloween Sale page showed a section titled “Best Sellers” and listed Artist 24 Pro first. The product page was available with an Add to Cart option. This supports describing it as the seller-designated leader of that section. XP-Pen’s pages do not publish unit sales or an independent ranking audit, so the listing order is merchant evidence, not a verified sales total. This review refers to Artist 24 Pro, the 23.8-inch 2.5K model, and not the newer Artist Pro 24 variants.
A large 2.5K canvas with hands-on controls
The product page lists a 23.8-inch display with 2560 × 1440 resolution, 16.7 million colours, an anti-glare surface, two red dial wheels and 20 shortcut keys. It includes a battery-free PA2 stylus with 8,192 pressure levels and 60-degree tilt. XP-Pen specifies 90% Adobe RGB coverage, a 1,000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m² brightness and a 16–90-degree adjustable stand; the product page also lists a 100 × 100 mm VESA mount. These figures come from the manufacturer’s specification sheet and have not been independently measured for this review.
Check the computer connection before buying
This is a pen display, not a stand-alone drawing tablet: XP-Pen marks “Device Connection Required.” Plan to connect it to a compatible computer and check that the right ports, power and desk space are available. The manufacturer lists Windows 7 or later, macOS 10.10 or later, and Linux versions detailed on its support page, alongside named creative programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Krita and Blender. The large 23.8-inch footprint and external connection make this model better suited to a fixed desk than drawing on the go. Confirm software and driver support for your own operating-system version before ordering.
Price, shipping and warranty need a final check
The US Halloween Sale page displayed Artist 24 Pro at $674.99 against $899.99, while the direct product page displayed $699.99 against the same $899.99 reference price. That difference is material, so check the cart for the live model, discount and final total before paying. The product page advertises free shipping and an 18-month warranty for the official e-store; XP-Pen’s site also advertises seven-day delivery, but destination eligibility and timing should be confirmed at checkout. Optional accessories such as a stand, glove or shortcut remote appear as separate add-ons, so confirm which items are in the base configuration.
Verdict and XP-Pen coupons
The Artist 24 Pro’s strongest practical case is the roomy 2.5K workspace combined with tactile shortcut controls and a pressure-sensitive, battery-free pen. Its trade-offs are the fixed desk setup, required computer connection, and a price that differed between the promotion page and product detail page when checked. The manufacturer’s own Best Sellers placement supports the seller-designated leader label, but no audited sales count is published.
